

Jet-lagged, we had no problems in getting up at 4am - in time for the
Tsukiji fish market, the largest market in Tokyo. Big tuna...

... and lots of them, all being auctioned to eager buyers.

By 6am, the tuna is already being sliced up and prepared for sushi.
