Our first sight of Hokkaido!! After passing by train through the Seikan
Tunnel (over 50km long), it felt as though we had entered a new country.


As soon as we arrived in Sapporo, we were taken for dinner by Aiko and
Tsuyoshi (friends through Jeff's French connections - thanks to Philippe,
Valerie and Andy for their introdution!). Jeff was particularly excited
by the all-you-can-drink option. Tsuyoshi made sure we got our money's
worth!
