Cooking instructions: put animal fat, meat and assorted veg. onto hot
plate, grill, dip into condiments. Enjoy. (Oh, and wash down with plenty
of Kirin beer).

And then the best bit. Take the bowl of condiments (containing mainly
soy sauce, chili pepper and raw garlic), which you have used to dunk
your grilled meat and veg., and add to tea. Drink!


The local businessmen love it, but how often do they take their suits to
the dry cleaners?! (by the way, 'suit' in Japanese is 'sebiro', after Saville
Row in London!)

How does karaoke normally work in Japan? Pay about 2.50 euros per
person for half an hour, including as much alcohol as you can drink!
