Rates are inclusive of gas and electricity and are per week (16h00 Saturday - 10h00 Saturday, allowing time for the bungalow to be checked and maintained between lets).

Returnable Deposit
£100.00 per week to be paid on booking.

Rent must be paid IN FULL (excluding deposit) six weeks in advance of the commencement of the holiday when directions to ‘Woodlands' will be sent. The deposit will be refunded by post on return of the key and the bungalow left undamaged and in a clean and tidy condition.

Cancellation
The deposit will be forfeited on cancellation. On cancellation after payment of the full rent, 75% of the amount will be forfeited.
