RETURNABLE DEPOSIT
£100.00 per week to be paid on booking.

Rent must be paid IN FULL (excluding deposit - i.e. if rent is £700 and deposit £100, then£800 must be paid) six weeks in advance of holiday. On receipt of both deposit and rent in full, instructions for obtaining the key will be sent. The deposit will be returned shortly after your holiday when the key is returned and the bungalow left undamaged, clean and tidy.


CANCELLATION
The deposit will be forfeited on cancellation. On cancellation after payment of the full rent, 75% of the amount will be forfeited.

Holiday insurance is highly recommended and relatively inexpensive. As well as covering you for loss of your holiday (due to illness of any member of your party, or to near relatives not holidaying with you) you will also be covered for the loss of baggage and money.

If you have to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. You will be liable on the part of the accommodation not re-let.
